Follow these steps to change the hover color of links in your portfolio:
- Open the Portfolio editor.
- Click Design in the menu bar.
- Choose Colors in the right sidebar.
- Scroll down to Hover & links.
- Click the color picker to set your color.
- Hit Save colors.
