My payment failed. What can I do?

If your payment failed, you have three options:

  • Try again in a few minutes.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions, such as "choose a different payment method" or "contact your card issuer for more information." In such cases, the issue is on your bank's end.
  • Contact us at and include the following details in your email:
    • the error message you've received, and
    • a screenshot of the error screen.

Please understand that we have limited access to payment details due to strict safety and encryption protocols.
