Refund policy

You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund

  • within your subscription’s first 3 days, or
  • within 3 days of your subscription's renewal date.

To receive the refund, you must send a Refund Request to [email protected].

Once your subscription has been canceled and refunded, you will lose all privileges and features granted by the UXfolio Premium Subscription.

In all other cases, the following refund policies apply:

  • After your subscription’s first 3 days we don’t offer refunds unless a product malfunction causes a fatal problem.
  • If we issue a refund in one instance, we are not obliged to issue the same refund in the future.
