Follow these steps to change the hover color of your menu elements and links:
- Open the Portfolio editor.
- Click Design in the menu bar.
- Choose Colors in the sidebar.
- Find and click Edit navigation.
- Set a new color for the Navigation items hover
- Hit Save.
