Follow these steps to change the hover color of your menu elements and links:
- Open the Portfolio editor.
- Click Design in the menu bar.
- Choose Colors in the sidebar.
- Scroll down to Hover & links.
- Click the color picker.
- Choose your color.
- Hit Save colors.
