Premium subscription refund policy

You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within your subscription’s first 3 days. To receive the refund, you must send a Refund Request to Once your subscription has been canceled and refunded, you will lose all privileges and features granted by the UXfolio Premium Subscription.

In all other cases, the following refund policies apply:

  • After your subscription’s first 3 days we don’t offer refunds unless a product malfunction causes a fatal problem.

  • We don’t offer refunds for ongoing billing periods. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

  • If we issue a refund in one instance, we are not obliged to issue the same refund in the future.
