You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within your subscription’s first 3 days. To receive the refund, you must send a Refund Request to email@example.com. Once your subscription has been canceled and refunded, you will lose all privileges and features granted by the UXfolio Premium Subscription.
In all other cases, the following refund policies apply:
After your subscription’s first 3 days we don’t offer refunds unless a product malfunction causes a fatal problem.
We don’t offer refunds for ongoing billing periods. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
If we issue a refund in one instance, we are not obliged to issue the same refund in the future.
